At LMRY, we love to collaborate with Brands, Creators, Directors and Artists to find bold ways to tell stories on social media and beyond. We are a Hispanic team working from Spain, Argentina and the US for international brands and agencies. Mostly social-first content for Gen Y/Z humans.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You'll be an integral part of the team dedicated to developing dynamic content and other creative projects for a variety of brands. This position focuses on producing engaging, high-quality social media content that brings each brand's voice and identity to life across all platforms.  You must have a keen attention to detail, strong design skills, a deep understanding of social media-first formats and trends, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop creative assets for social media channels, including static posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, and other digital materials.

  • Proficiency in formal design elements: typography, layout, balance, hierarchy, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity.

  • Maintain visual style guides that reflect brand identity and enable creative exploration.

  • Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, animators, and project managers to deliver on-brand, on-time, and on-brief creative outputs.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media formats and platform best practices to keep the work current and competitive.

  • Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing deliverables, ensuring flawless layout, imagery, and typography.

Qualifications:

  • +2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in creative or digital agencies, working on social media and digital campaigns.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and social-first design work, with an emphasis on creativity, composition and craft.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.

  • Good understanding of social media platforms, formats and content dynamics.

  • Passion for design, typography, color, and storytelling through visuals.

  • A collaborative spirit and ability to work well in a team, as well as independently when needed.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
